Average Home Sold Prices the first half of 2019 were consistently higher for the majority of Coachella Valley cities, and June sales are no exception. All cities except Indian Wells had higher sold prices, and Pending Homes (future sales), are way up, especially in Indio, where new home construction is attracting eager buyers. It’s also important to note, that the Average Number of Days on Market for homes sold, decreased in 5 of the 8 cities. So, homes are selling faster than they were one month ago.
La Quinta Tops the Coachella Valley Market for June 2019
More homes were sold in the city of La Quinta than any other city in Coachella Valley, in the month of June, compared to June one year ago. And, at (+20%) increase in the average sold price of homes, La Quinta shared first place along with the city of Bermuda Dunes.
• Number of Homes for Sale, increased in 2019, to (34), compared to (29) in June 2018.
• Number of Homes Sold, increased to (23), in 2019, from (9) in 2018.
• Average Home Sold Price, increased (+17%), to $419,000.
• Average Days on Market, increased to (86), compared to (42), in 2018.
